As you explore the colorful trails of Northeast Georgia, take I-85 and I-985 north to Downtown Toccoa - only 90 miles northeast of Atlanta and in the center of nature’s seasonal beauty.

In Toccoa you’ll discover the Whistlestop Antique Market - with fine furniture, porcelain, jewelry and more - located on the historic courthouse square.

While on the square, explore the specialty shops of collectables, gifts, sportswear, apparel and home accessories. In between, explore art galleries and an historic museum, have a bit to eat or enjoy the scenic beauty of Toccoa Falls.

Over 1,600 American Cities have embraced Main Street's goals of downtown revitalization and the preservation of their community's historic cores. Toccoa is one of 46 Georgia cities taking part in this effort.

The Main Street Program began in 1990 to facilitate the revitalization of downtown Toccoa.  The program’s mission is to improve Toccoa’s quality of life by strengthening downtown’s role as the community’s heart.  Toccoa’s Program is based on the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s recommended four-point approach to downtown redevelopment within the context of historic preservation.
